You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login secure.
Show operators pay a recurring subscription to run shows. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period, and partial periods are not refunded.
When riders pay entry fees online, funds go to the show operator's connected Stripe account, less a platform fee. Show operators — not Sazzy LLC — are responsible for entries, refunds, and disputes relating to their shows.
Operators and judges are responsible for the accuracy of show results they publish.
